VERGEREPAIRS.
The exposed edge of your roof needs more than a cosmetic fix.
Loose edge tiles, failing verge mortar and damaged dry verge units can leave a roof vulnerable to wind-driven rain.
We assess the existing detail before recommending traditional mortar repairs, re-bedding or suitable dry verge work.
VALLEYREPAIRS.
Roof valleys handle concentrated rainwater — small faults here can cause serious leaks.
Blocked valleys, failed mortar, damaged valley linings and displaced adjacent tiles can interrupt water flow.
We identify the cause and assess whether clearing, localised repairs or replacement of failed components is appropriate.
RIDGEREPAIRS.
Loose ridge tiles shouldn't be ignored.
Weather and deteriorating mortar can leave ridge tiles insecure and create routes for water to enter the roof.
Depending on the roof, we can assess re-bedding, localised mortar work or suitable dry ridge options.
CHIMNEYREPAIRS.
Chimneys are a common source of roof leaks.
Defective flashings, weathered pointing and damaged chimney details can let water into the roof structure.
We look at the actual cause and advise on suitable leadwork, pointing or other repairs rather than simply hiding the leak.
ROOFLINE& GUTTERS.
A sound roofline is part of a sound roof.
Leaking gutter joints, failing brackets and damaged fascia boards can lead to overflow and moisture problems.

GRP fibreglass, felt and rubber roof repairs — carried out properly.
Flat roof leaks can start at joints, edges, outlets, flashings or damaged areas of the covering. Finding the cause matters just as much as fixing the visible damage.
We repair GRP (fibreglass), felt and EPDM rubber flat roofs where a sound localised repair is suitable. If the roof covering has deteriorated beyond a reliable repair, we'll explain the options rather than suggest a temporary patch-up.

Yes, we consider smaller repairs such as slipped or broken tiles, leaking guttering and localised ridge or verge problems, as well as more involved work.
Can you repair flat roofs?
